Shipping Policy

Shipping time is 3-5 business days. Processing time is 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on the weekends. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update via the USPS website.

If a custom order is placed, additional items will be shipped along with custom item. Please allow 2-3 week processing timing for custom order. Tracking information will be sent once items have shipped from HYE2LIFE.

HYE2LIFE is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. If yuor package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.
